Rooted in Christ’s love, our preschool is a nurturing, close-knit community where ALL children can learn and grow together! We believe in teaching the whole child, honoring each child’s unique gifts, and fostering creativity and kindness every day! Through imagination and play, we aim to protect the wonder and joy of learning in all that we do!

We offer programs for children aged 24 months to 5 years old, and strive to make every day a magical stop on our Preschool Express!

Preschool Express operates under the mission and Outreach of Christ Methodist Church. Our aim is to create a nurturing environment where children of all abilities, regardless of socioeconomic or cultural background, can grow and learn together. This mission is carried out daily by experienced staff, enriching curriculum, and contracted therapy services. At Preschool Express, we value the magic of early learning, and we are committed to the families and community we serve.

At Preschool Express, we believe that all children benefit from an inclusive, play-based environment, which emphasizes acceptance of individual differences and ability levels. We strive to encourage curiosity, spark creativity, and engage young learners in the world around them. We aim to promote the growth of language and literacy skills, basic math concepts, social and self-help skills, and motor development in all of our little learners. We are dedicated to enriching our curriculum with music, movement, art, and fun!

Preschool Express will always hold a special place in our family’s heart. Our son attended from age 2 through graduation from the Pre-K4 program, and those years were filled with growth, joy, and care. From his very first days in the Tots program, he felt happy and safe, made his first best friend, and developed a true love of learning. Most importantly, he was deeply loved and well cared for by the teachers and staff.
By the time he graduated, our son was confident and well prepared to begin kindergarten. We wholeheartedly recommend Preschool Express to families seeking a warm, nurturing, and enriching preschool experience for children ages 2–5.

CURRICULUM
Our classrooms follow a theme-based curriculum that changes monthly and weekly, allowing us to embrace seasonal fun while staying responsive to the individual interests, strengths, and needs of our students. Our programming is thoughtfully designed to support the whole child and keep learning meaningful and engaging.
Our curriculum includes:

Learning Without Tears - a hands-on & multisensory approach to early literacy and math that builds strong foundations through play, movement, and multisensory learning.

Mighty Movers -our high-energy physical education program that builds confidence, coordination, and gross motor skills through games and music

Fairy Tales in Motion - a magical blend of yoga, storytelling, music, and creative expression.

Weekly Music Class - led by Miss Sherry, our music classes offer an introduction to music theory, songs, and a variety of instruments in a fun, age-appropriate way

SPARKS Science - a playful, inquiry-based STEM program that encourages curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through hands-on exploration

Our teachers are the heart of our preschool! Our dedicated team is made up of experienced, caring educators—many of whom have been part of our school family for 20 years or more.
